What? Does she not realize that EVERYONE, in EVERY KIND of work where you have to deal with the public, makes fun of customers? Lady, it ain't personal. It's about US staying sane.

Ugh, that lady should stay at home and shop exclusively off the internet. I guess she just doesn't realize that every industry who has to deal with the public is going to at sometime have laughs at the expense of the public. It's not personal it's just a way to as you said stay sane!
