This bites.
So, my template continues to do horrible things. I think I might take my blog elsewhere before I lose everything on it. Favorite blog software, anyone?

Disclaimer: it costs $$.
Not a lot. I pay about $13 a month for it. I get photo albums, other blogs if I want them, lots of space and I can customize a ton of stuff. Ease of use. No server problems at all. I can view stats and referrals... It's wonderful.
They do a 30 day FREE trial that I signed up for, and within 48 hours I was sold. Before the trial even ended, I had redirected everyone to my new blog. URL hardly changed much from blogger's too.

p.s. I ALSO have a BOOKLIST where I drop in the BIN#, add some comments and a star rating... (just removed it from the site to change things up a bit)...

i think you should abandon templates entirely and just post black text on a white page. or white text on a white page...then it will look like maine.

I don't think that I'm technologically competant enough to import my blogger files to typepad. (The directions are scary). Also, I'm a wimp and I'm afraid of losing everything. I'll just try to get through the Blogger garbage.
I do really like the idea of categorizing my posts, though. I guess that I could do it manually--I'd just lose all of the comments.
